We work with some amazing people.
Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve been helping them do lately.
The Alberta-Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP) Council
We developed a framework that connected program adaptations to cultural traditions and supported the Council in building a clear, actionable data roadmap alongside Indigenous programs.

First Nations Health Consortium
We partnered with staff to map how pilot projects were running, align them with the organization’s mission, and support frontline teams in defining meaningful metrics and creating practical, easy-to-use data collection tools.

Drive Happiness
We identified key areas of impact for clients of a rural program expansion. Building on that work, we mapped client and volunteer journeys and used arts-based methods to surface high-impact, low-cost opportunities for process improvements.
