First, we’ll help you pinpoint what you really want (or need!) to know. Sometimes you’ll already have the information and just need help organizing it. If not, we create a plan to review your existing data or connect with your community. Once all the data, or stories as we call them, are gathered it’s time to make it mean something.
Meaning Making
You have the data but what does it mean? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We will help you make sense of the data in your current context. We make the data digestible and highlights spots of interest so the magic can happen in our interactive meaning making sessions where we work together to uncover what it all means for you and your organization.
Journey Mapping
Sometimes the trickiest part is figuring out the next steps to take. We use creativity and hands-on activities to help you take your insights and transform them into actionable steps or a strategic vision. Together, we’ll assess where you’re starting from, what resources you have, and what might get in your way. Then, we’ll craft a plan that guides your actions, makes sure everyone’s on the same page, and sets you up for success.
