We worked with a collaborative of Canadian caregiving organizations to identify best practices in caregiver support lines and create clear guidelines to build and strengthen future services.

We developed a framework that connected program adaptations to cultural traditions and supported the Council in building a clear, actionable data roadmap alongside Indigenous programs.

Program Improvements
We identified key areas of impact for clients of a rural program expansion. Building on that work, we mapped client and volunteer journeys and used arts-based methods to surface high-impact, low-cost opportunities for program improvements.
