The Alberta-Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP) Council<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We developed a framework that connected program adaptations to cultural traditions and supported the Council in building a clear, actionable data roadmap alongside Indigenous programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First Nations Health Consortium<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We partnered with staff to map how pilot projects were running, align them with the organization\u2019s mission, and support frontline teams in defining meaningful metrics and creating practical, easy-to-use data collection tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drive Happiness<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We identified key areas of impact for clients of a rural program expansion. Building on that work, we mapped client and volunteer journeys and used arts-based methods to surface high-impact, low-cost opportunities for process improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alberta Caregivers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We worked with a collaborative of caregiving organizations across Canada to identify best practices in caregiver support lines and create clear guidelines to strengthen future services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
